“Being able to incorporate yoga into my work is such a gift. Offering a regular on-going gentle and restorative practice to the AIS community helps raise awareness of the connection between caring for both our physical and mental health” by Sara Glencross.
Thanks to donors like you, were able to purchase props (bolsters, blocks, belts) needed for restorative yoga practice.
Yoga is…very helpful to reduce both pain and stress. My advice to any AIS tenant would be that the more engaged you are, the more success you will have in your health and in your life. All the services that AIS offers…provide a strong foundation to achieve this. Tenant, Charles T.
Others say they simply feel relaxed, calm and refreshed as they leave the yoga session.
Most people leave feeling just a little bit brighter than when they came in. A bit taller, and a little bit more grounded and secure in their individual experience of this world. Former Yoga Volunteer Instructor, Kimberly Jaye
