Supportive Housing

‘I have lived in AIS housing for the last 17 years. For me, this has been 14 years of stable affordable housing close to all my important support systems. You don’t realize how important this is until you need it. I want to thank AIS’s donors and funders for this gift. My hope is that everyone would have this security in their life.” – Barb Stewart, AIS Tenant

Supportive Housing

  • saves lives and builds hope
  • has a positive impact on mental well-being
  • reduces need for crisis and emergency services

Accommodation, Information and Support (AIS) offers supportive housing which integrates support workers, community partners, community development, trauma and spiritual therapy, guidance on hoarding and pest management, as well as nutrition, fitness and health programs.
